A leak is water penetrating between two or more building components and creating ingress of water within the structure that should remain dry. Overflow is when a stormwater system or the downpipes have exceeded their maximum discharge rate and the water fills the gutter to a point of spilling over the low side of the gutter. Hi-Craft’s warranty covers leaks only not overflow.

Upon completion of your job, Hi-Craft would have sent a Maintenance Guide. As a reminder, this can be viewed here.

As the owner of the property, we have carried out regular maintenance on the structure and have checked the following.:
