Hi-Craft understand that people are time poor and the process of building a new alfresco, carport, patio, pergola or sunroom comes along with many steps and paperwork that can add stress to a household. So we take care of everything in the building of a new structure so you don’t have to worry about all the extra paperwork. From initial design consultation through to final build completion your project will be handled by the various teams at Hi-Craft supporting you and facilitating your home improvement project. Further, you will have a dedicated project manager who will come out to site to conduct a check measure and oversee the entire build of your project. They will also be your main point of call throughout the process so any questions you have in regard to your project can be directly answered for you.

Contact us to discuss your new structure requirements
- Design Consultation
A free in-home appointment will be set up at an appropriate time with an experienced design consultant
- Contract
A contract is drawn up and the preliminary payment is required
- Manager Check
Project manager is assigned and will organise a check measure
- Get approved
If required, the approvals process begins with application for a DA for job is council or a private certifier
- Transform your home
Once signed off, construction begins
