Statutory warranties are in effect for six years for major defects and two years for all other
defects, commencing from the date when the work was completed.
Hi-Craft Home Improvements Pty Ltd proudly offer a structural and workmanship
warranty for the period of ten years.
The following benefits are in addition to consumer rights covered by Government
regulations and Trade Practices Act. All Hi-Craft structures are built in accordance with
the Building Code of Australia.
Structural warranty covers all steel and aluminium products, the integrity of the structure
as well as the workmanship of the installed project, including the cost of labour.
A 10 year warranty will be applied for workmanship and all steel, aluminium and
polycarbonate building materials.
This warranty covers the following conditions:
If the polycarbonate fades more than 5% a year
That the polycarbonate is damaged as a result of the installation
Warranty is limited by the following conditions:
Is installed to the Australian Standards
The steel, aluminum, polycarbonate or decking is not exposed to any corrosive
elements or materials
That the structure has been cleaned every three months with warm soapy
water thereby removing pollutants
All materials are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty of each product.
