Costing & Warehouse Coordinator
Our company is currently seeking a costing & warehouse coordinator to join our well established and successful team in the home improvement industry.

– Based in the Penrith area with a very well established team and low staff turnover.
About the Role
– Full time, Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm
– This role will suit an all rounder who enjoys variety in their day
– This is a very fluid role with priorities changing quickly and the right person will be an adaptable multitasker, work well under pressure within tight deadlines and be a good communicator
– Costing of jobs – organising bill of materials (you will be the back up person for this task)
– CAD drawings – in-house installer drawings
– Warehouse coordination – scheduling the week and organising the team
– Inventory management – work with team to ensure stock levels are at an appropriate level and participate in stock take, maintaining stock levels and raising orders as needed.
– Attending toolbox and production team meetings
– Liaising with purchasing officer discussing any issues with orders or deliveries
– Liaising with marketing to assist in organising materials for trade shows
– Helping with follow ups with the project managers alongside the GM
– Ad hoc requests
– Reporting directly to GM
Qualifications & Experience
The right candidate will have:
– white card
– forklift licence (desired but not essential)
– computer literate
– must be mathematically minded and good with numbers.
